Tasty, Attractive and quick Spinach pie in which spinach is chopped and then mixed with stir fried vegetables and coated with rich cheese topping.


Ingredients
Steamed spinachClick to find more about spinach 1 cup
Carrots cut into small pieces 1 cup
Green peasClick to find more about Green peas half a cup
Cauliflower cut into small flowerets 1 cup
CornClick to find more about Corn nibles 1 cup
Cheese 1 cup
Butter 1/2 cup

For white sauce:
Milk 1-1/2 cup
Plain flour 3 tbsps
Butter
SaltClick to find more about Salt n pepper as desired.


Preparation
Stir fry Cauliflower, carrots, peas and cornClick to find more about corn in butter.
Now blend spinachClick to find more about spinach in a blender (Koot lain) and stir fry in butter.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add plain flour to it and stir till light golden.
Now add milk to it, also saltClick to find more about salt pepper.
Stir constantly, when thickens a bit add abit of cheese.
Add this sauce to spinachClick to find more about spinach also add more saltClick to find more about salt and pepper if desired.
Mix this paste in rest of the vegetables in a baking dish.
Pour the cheese on the top.
Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes or till cheese gets golden.
