Ingredients
1 tbsp. oil
1 large onionClick to find more about onion, pureed
1 large tomatoClick to find more about tomato, pureed
1 tsp. gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tsp. garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1/2 tsp. each cumin, coriander, turmericClick to find more about turmeric and chilli powders.
1 tsp. saltClick to find more about salt or to taste
1 lb. chopped mustard greens(boiled)


Preparation
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onionClick to find more about onion and tomatoClick to find more about tomato, gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic pastes, cumin, coriander, turmericClick to find more about turmeric and chilli powders together for five minutes.
Add the mustard greens and cook for twenty five minutes on medium low heat with a cup of lukewarm water.
Stir ocassionally so that the mustard green blend in well and forms a thick consistency.
Serve hot with tandoori naan and some butter on top(optional).
