Ingredients
Keema 1/2 kilo
Loki 1/2 kilo (cut in very small pieces and boil it)
2 medium onions
1 tsp saltClick to find more about salt
1 tsp kuti lal mirch
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi one tsp
Kali mirchClick to find more about Kali mirch one tsp
One tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
GingerClick to find more about Ginger one inch piece
ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera one tsp
Tomatoes four cut in square pieces
5 green chillies cut lengthwise
Hara dhaniaClick to find more about Hara dhania and podinaClick to find more about podina (little bit)
Oil 1/2 cup


Preparation
Put one onionClick to find more about onion and meat together and boil them.
Let the water dry.
Then heat oil and put in the rest of the onionClick to find more about onion and fry it till transparent.
Next put in haldiClick to find more about haldi, gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, pisi lal mirch and fry it. Then put in the loki and fry for few minutes. Then put in the keema and fry it for five minutes. Now put in the tomatoes and saltClick to find more about salt mixing it for two minutes.
In the end put black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, bhuna zeeraClick to find more about zeera and gingerClick to find more about ginger.
After two minutes put hara dhaniaClick to find more about hara dhania, podinaClick to find more about podina and green chillies and put on dum till done.
