Ingredients
1/2 kilo minced beef
2 tomatos
1 onionClick to find more about onion(medium size)
3 tbs oil
6 whole black peppers
6 cloves
1 bari illaichiClick to find more about illaichi
1/4 tsp zeeraClick to find more about zeera
1 tsp dhuniyaClick to find more about dhuniya powder
SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste.
1/4 tsp haldiClick to find more about haldi powder
3/4 tsp chili powder
2 tbs yogurt
1/2 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste


Preparation
Finely chop the onionClick to find more about onion and saute in oil until light brown.
Add all the spices including yougurt and finely chopped tomatos.
Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
Add mince meat mix and dry the water again.
Then add 2 glasses of water, cover and leave to tenderize and water dries. Garnish with fresh green dhuniyaClick to find more about dhuniya leaves, green chilies and gingerClick to find more about ginger slices.
