Lauki is a summer vegetable and is very light. This recipe tells us how to cook
this simple dish in few easy steps.
Peel white pumpkin, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small dices. Heat
oil, add chopped onions and saute until soft.
Add ginger, garlic paste, stir and add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for some time. Add white
pumpkin, mix well.
Add approximately 3 cups of water and cook until white pumpkin is cooked and
masala is thick.
Serve hot.
