It is one of the easiest dinners to put together, and is fancy enough for company. It can be served in so many different ways like in sandwich, shawarma style, with boiled veggies/rice.

Ingredients
1 kg undercut beef (one whole piece)
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or limeClick to find more about lime juice
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp saltClick to find more about salt or to taste
1 tbsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tbsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
2 tsp oil


Preparation
Punch the meat well with a fork.
Rub garam masala powder, saltClick to find more about salt, chili powder and gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste all over the meat.
Apply Worcestershire sauce and keep it in refrigerator overnight.
Next day take the meat out and set aside for 2-3 hours.
Heat the oil, place the meat and let it brown on both sides.
Add just sufficient water to tenderize the meat and cook over a low stove till done.
Cut in slices before serving.
