Malai Tikka recipe by Tajwar Ali at PakiRecipes.com.
Skewered cubes of boneless chicken cooked in a tandoor or clay oven. The unusual ingredient in this recipe is the cheese which adds unique flavor to it.
1 kg boneless chicken(small pieces)
1/2 cup curd
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon gingegarlic paste
1 cup fresh green corriander leaves
1/4 teasppon blackpepper
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients ( except chicken) in the blender and blend them for about 2 minutes. Then marinate boneless chicken cubes into this mixture and marinate for about 2 hours.
Then put these pieces on skewers and use butter for battering. Keep on skewers until done or you can also make it in the nonstick pan, until the chicken gets tender and turns into golden brown. Serve it with ketchup or with raita.
