Skewered cubes of boneless chicken cooked in a tandoor or clay oven. The unusual ingredient in this recipe is the cheese which adds unique flavor to it.


Ingredients
1 kg boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken(small pieces)
1/2 cup curd
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon saltClick to find more about salt
1 tablespoon gingegarlic paste
1 cup fresh green corriander leaves
1/4 teasppon blackpepper


Preparation
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients ( except chickenClick to find more about chicken) in the blender and blend them for about 2 minutes. Then marinate boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken cubes into this mixture and marinate for about 2 hours.
Then put these pieces on skewers and use butter for battering. Keep on skewers until done or you can also make it in the nonstick pan, until the chickenClick to find more about chicken gets tender and turns into golden brown. Serve it with ketchup or with raita.

i tried it, sounds very good when hot.but when it cools the chicken pieces becomes hard.but over all very good taste
