Boneless and marinated mutton cooked in cream, dahi and other mouthwatering spices.


Ingredients
750 gms boneless mutton cut into 1"inch cubes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup thick dahiClick to find more about dahi(curd)
3 tbsp Malai(thick cream)
1/2 tbsp nutmegClick to find more about nutmeg powder(jaiphalClick to find more about jaiphal)
1/2 tbsp chhoti elaichiClick to find more about elaichi(green cardamomClick to find more about cardamom)
1 1/2 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
2 onions finely sliced
1 tsp zeeraClick to find more about zeera(cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds)
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste


Preparation
Mix the boneless mutton cubes with the lemon juice and saltClick to find more about salt and leave aside for 2 hours.
Mix the mutton with gingerClick to find more about ginger paste, garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, DahiClick to find more about Dahi, malai, nutmegClick to find more about nutmeg powder, elaichiClick to find more about elaichi powder and saltClick to find more about salt. leave to marinate overnight.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add zeeraClick to find more about zeera. when it splutters, add the mutton with the marinate. cover and simmer until just tender.
Add the sliced onions, garam masala and fresh coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves.
Cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium flame.
Serve hot with parathas.
