This is a very flavorful dish made with mutton liver or kaleji. Liver is fried in spices alongwith ginger/garlic paste in a yogurt based gravy.

Ingredients
LiverClick to find more about Liver 1/2 kg,
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1 large,
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tsp,
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1 tsp,
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp,
Corriander powder 1 tsp,
TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric 1/2 tsp,
Corriander leaves, green chilies and garam masala for garnishing,
Dry FenugreekClick to find more about Fenugreek leaves(sookhi meethi) 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup,
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste,
Oil 1/4 cup


Preparation
Slice onions and fry them till golden brown.
Add the liverClick to find more about liver pieces(cut into small cubes), gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, red chilli powder, corriander powder, turmericClick to find more about turmeric and saltClick to find more about salt.
Add some water if needed and bring to boil.
Simmer till done.
Add some yogurt and sookhi meethi at the end and stir it on medium high until it leaves oil.
Sprinkle corriander leaves, sliced green chilies and garam masala.
Serve hot with naan or roti.

There's no mention of onions on the ingredients list, but your methods indicated ad sliced unions!!! what about the ginger garlic ....

Before washing kaleji add one crushed garlic in it and leave it about 15 minutes then wash with fresh water.try it
