Kachey Keeme Ki Tikiyyan are the popular kebabs of Pakistan. It is made up of minced meat along with masala and it can be grilled or pan fried.


Ingredients
Mince 1/2 kg
Brown onionClick to find more about onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped
Bhuna chanaClick to find more about chana or besan bhuna 2 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic 2 tsp levelled
Poppy seedsClick to find more about Poppy seeds 1 tbsp grind
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli 3-4 chopped
Red chilli 1 tsp
Chopped mintClick to find more about mint 1 tbsp
Papaya 1-2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp


Preparation
Mix all the ingredients well in mince and knead well.
Keep for 2 hours.
Mould the mixture in small flat kababs.
Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow fry them.
Cover and cook till done. Serve hot with salad and chutney.
