Chinese chili chicken in gravy, cooked with lots of onions and green chilies.


Ingredients
500 gms boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken
200 gms onionClick to find more about onion
10 gms gingerClick to find more about ginger
5 big green chillies
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
2 teaspoon TomatoClick to find more about Tomato sauce
1 table spoon green chilliClick to find more about green chilli sauce
1 small capsicum
Little china saltClick to find more about salt
1 tea spoon vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
SaltClick to find more about Salt for taste
2 Eggs 1/2 cup cornClick to find more about corn flour


Preparation
Mix the chickenClick to find more about chicken small pieces with saltClick to find more about salt, china saltClick to find more about salt, 1 tea spoon vinegarClick to find more about vinegar and 1 tea spoon soya sauce.
Let it marinate for one hour.
Then cut the onions into small pieces and pill the gingerClick to find more about ginger and mash it. Cut the capsicum into small pieces and keep it separate. Cut the green chillies in its middle and keep it aside.
Break the egg in a small utensil and mix cornClick to find more about corn flour to it and add little water and saltClick to find more about salt to make the batter.
Heat the oil in a kadai or frying pan.
Take out the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces one by one and dip it in the batter and fry it in the oil.
Put the Green chillies in the oil and then add onions and fry for sometime till the onionClick to find more about onion becomes soft and not red.
Then add mashed gingerClick to find more about ginger and fry for sometime till you get the smell of mixed gingerClick to find more about ginger and onionClick to find more about onion.
Then add capsicum to it and fry.
Add chilli sauce and tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce to it. Mix the fried chickenClick to find more about chicken and mix it thoroughly. Add saltClick to find more about salt for taste and let it come to a boi.l
Serve with mixed fried rice or Noodles.
