Classic tandoori chicken recipe in which Chicken is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and plenty of spices, then baked.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Red chilli 2 tablespoons
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tablespoon
Whole spices ground 1 and a half tablespoon
GingerClick to find more about Ginger ground 1teaspoon
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic ground 1teaspoon
VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin seedsClick to find more about Cumin seeds ground 2 teaspoons


Preparation
Fork the chickenClick to find more about chicken thoroughly and mix all the ingredients in chickenClick to find more about chicken.
After 2 hours bake on 180 for 20 to 25 minutes.
