Chicken Egg Fried Rice recipe by Zahida Siddiqui at PakiRecipes.com.
This chicken fried rice recipe is very easy to make and tastes delicious too.It goes along well with almost everyhting.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken breast(chopped up) 2 cups
Chineese SaltClick to find more about Salt or Ajinomoto 1 tsp.
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1/2 tsp.
Black PepperClick to find more about Black Pepper to taste.
Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
CornClick to find more about Corn Flour 1/2 tbsp.
Carrots 2 large(cut in small pieces).
Green Onions 1-2 or as desired(cut into small pieces).
Boiled Rice 4 cups.
Eggs 2(lightly beaten with some saltClick to find more about salt and pepper).
CornClick to find more about Corn Oil or GheeClick to find more about Ghee for frying.


Marination of ChickenClick to find more about Chicken:
Add saltClick to find more about salt, Ajinomoto(chineese saltClick to find more about salt), Soyasauce, and Cornflour in chickenClick to find more about chicken and mix it well with either fork or hands.
Set it aside for atleast 2-3 hours.


Preparation
Heat oil and fry ChickenClick to find more about Chicken pieces for few minutes.
Cover and set it aside.
In a frying pan add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the eggs.
Cook, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. Remove the eggs and clean out the pan.
Now put some oil and fry up the vegetables until tender.
Add ChickenClick to find more about Chicken, Eggs, (SaltClick to find more about Salt, Ajinomoto and pepper to taste) in the vegetables.
Cook on low heat for 1 minute.
Add Cooked Rice to the mixture and mix well.
Add desired amount of soya sauce in the end.
Stir over medium heat until mixed well.
Serve hot. Enjoy!!!!

Great recipe. One note on the comments however. Since when did people who can't spell and have mild xenophobic tendencies come on cooking forums?. ps the "i iz born ere init bruv" is pretty funny Parwana :D

i was born and brought up here. u people that slating manz english need help coz i bet ur freshies yourself in search of a passport. i bet in pakistan you lot used to wash cows bums and u cum here thinking your the business. Nice recipe thanks for putting it up.
