Pieces of chicken marinated in yogurt & spices and broiled on charcoal fire till tender.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1.
Yogurt 1 cup.
GingerClick to find more about Ginger Paste 1 tbsp.
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
White VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 4 tbsp.
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp.
Red Chilli powder 2 tbsp.
Olive Oil 4 tbsp.
SaltClick to find more about Salt & Black PepperClick to find more about Black Pepper to taste.


Preparation
Skin & bone the chickenClick to find more about chicken. Cut it into 4 parts.
Prick it well with a fork or with a sharp knife.
Put the yogurt in a large bowl, add gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic, white vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, lemon juice, chilli powder, pepper & saltClick to find more about salt.
Place the chickenClick to find more about chicken in this mixture & marinate for 2 hours.
Take out the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces & fix them on skewers.
Brush them with olive oil and broil over charcoal fire for 8 minutes or more on each side.
Serve it with sliced tomatoes, onionClick to find more about onion rings, lemon on a bed of lettuce.
