Marinated cauliflower in yogurt and tomato puree cooked in an enticingly fragrant blend of spices.


Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower florets
Oil
1 tsp cumin (zeeraClick to find more about zeera) seed
1 inch piece sliced gingerClick to find more about ginger
2 tbsp coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves, chopped
4 green chillies, sliced

MARINATE
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup tomatoClick to find more about tomato paste
2 tsp tandoori masala powder
saltClick to find more about salt to taste


Preparation
Mix together the ingredients of the marinade. Leave aside for 10 mins.
Heat oil, splutter the cumin seed. Add the marinated cauliflower along with the marinade.
Cook until the cauliflower is cooked, Dry out the liquid.
Serve garnished with gingerClick to find more about ginger, green chillies and chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti OR paratha.

is that recipe something like fried karela and onion? if so ... try my recipe. wash, dry and slice kerela thinly do the same with onion equal amount of each for example 2 cups of kerela 2 cups of onion. Fry in hot oil , do not fry all at once evenly so that it is crispy after you finished frying put it in a pot add hot chlie powder,salt and mix well. serve with roti and dhal. let me know if you like this recipe. zarina
